Realtor Trent McFall

Trent McFall has been a Licensed Broker at C3 Real Estate Solutions since 2016 and has worked alongside Kyle Lundy in the Commercial
Division since 2019. His primary focus is servicing existing clients through consistent communication, property analysis, and oversight
of the Team’s marketing systems.

With an emphasis on being process oriented and putting the clients’ interests first, he is able to provide wise counsel that results in
confident and well calculated real estate decisions. Trent is diligent, creative, and does his best to live by the Golden Rule of treating
other the way they want to be treated. His main strengths are being: Detail-Oriented, Thorough, Focused, Hardworking, and Passionate.
Trent brings a valuable understanding of Northern Colorado’s Real Estate Markets and demographic profile due to his deep Fort
Collins roots, professional background in Residential Real Estate, and surrounding himself with mentors that are some of the areas’ top
Real Estate professionals. Trent has participated in over 3,000 Acres of Land Sales, Industrial Owner and Tenant Representation, 1031
Exchanges, Retail and Office Representation, and numerous Multi-Family transactions across the Front Range.

Trent is a Northern Colorado native, born and raised in Fort Collins, and graduated from Colorado State University while working
at C3 Real Estate as a Residential Broker. After graduating in 2018, he made the transition into C3’s Commercial Group and hasn’t
looked back.
