Realtor Kim Drapeau
About Kim Drapeau
Originally a California girl, I discovered life in Colorado during the 70’s and 80’s and finally became a full-time Greeley resident in 2005. There’s just something about the front range that California will never have. I began my business career as Sacramento’s best-ever newspaper girl at the age of 14. That set the ball rolling for me and, after high school, I pursued a Business/ Marketing degree at Sacramento City College.
I have been blessed with an incredible son and am extremely proud of him as he pursues an Engineering degree at the School of Mines and serves in the US Army National Guard. He has brought me so much joy that I cannot wait until he brings me my first grandchild (no pressure from this grandma wannabe, but any single ladies out there?)
Maintaining a balanced life in this business can be a challenge, so I try to keep up with my personal passions of swimming, cake decorating, interior fashion, gardening and dancing. I have finally applied for my passport and am planning to fulfill a long-time goal of touring Scotland and England. Japan and Italy will be next.
Another part of that balance is education. Regulations, protocol, and processes are everchanging, so I regularly attend training sessions and classes in my quest to provide you with the best and most professional service and advise available. Whether you are upgrading, downsizing, buying a home for the first time or looking for your 25 committed to making the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible for you.
The three C’s of C3 Real Estate Solutions — Character, Culture and Commitment – are the framework of who I am, how I operate, and why I am here. I love what I do and look forward to earning not only your trust, but your friendship.
