About Brittany Sall
Loveland is not my hometown but it is, as I lovingly refer to it, my “chosetown”. Colorado is not where I was born – it is where I choose to live!
I was born and raised in rural Nebraska and it was there that my entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic were forged! At sixteen, I met my best friend and future husband, Brett, on a youth group ski trip in Colorado. Leaving our home state as young newlyweds, we moved to Minneapolis, MN to attend North Central University and pursue degrees in Children and Family Ministry.
Time management became a proficient and necessary skill for the two of us as we balanced a full time class schedule and a full time work schedule as servers at a nearby restaurant. This diligence paid off as we were both able to graduate at the top of our class with Bachelor Degree’s and no student loan debt!
Upon graduation, we moved to Seattle and expanded our family by four paws. Our adorable beagle puppy is aptly named “Uncle Gary” (it is a great story, just ask me sometime). This wonderful dog is a snuggle king, hogs all the covers and absolutely loves adventure!
Even though we enjoyed living in downtown Seattle and the recreational opportunities of the mountains and the sea, Brett and I have always been Coloradans at heart! In 2011, the three of us moved to Loveland, Colorado and that was it, we knew we were home! A passion for real estate had been growing in my heart for years and now that we had found a place to put down roots, the timing was perfect for me to start my real estate career!
I was licensed in 2012 and diligently grew my business, tirelessly working for my clients. This effort led to a very successful rookie year and I was honored to be a Rookie of the Year Finalist for the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors and was named the Rookie of the Year for my real estate office.
I greatly enjoy providing a high level of personal service to all my clients, paying close attention to the details of the transaction and my clients desired goals and outcomes of the sale, as well as optimistically working to overcome any obstacles. These qualities have helped to foster a thriving business with repeat clients and referrals.
In my years of working in real estate, it is exciting to see the growth and development throughout Northern Colorado. I am so grateful to be a part of a company like C3 that offers convenient office locations and support throughout all of the Northern Colorado communities. I live in Downtown Loveland so It is especially fun to have an office location downtown so I can bike to work and support the growth of new coffee shops, restaurants and retails shops.
Brett, Uncle Gary and myself love to spend our time in the mountains and in all seasons! From backpacking in the summer to snowshoeing in the winter – the mountains are calling and we will go! We are also very active in serving the local community. For three and a half years, we invested into the children’s ministry of a local church plant. We also love to be a part of the community through our Crossfit gym where we get to stay fit and partner with others to build a healthier community.
My personal touch and professional skills are much like the nuances of real estate, it is often a personal purchase that also requires a professional touch to maximize the benefits of buying or selling. I love to build strong and lasting relationships with my clients who then become friends.
“I handle each and every one of my client’s as I would handle my own sale or purchase, with incredible diligence and a winning strategy to maximize the benefits of selling or buying. My business is built on the great rapport and great referrals of my present and past clients. The highest compliment is my clients trusting me with their friends and family’s real estate needs.” – Brittany

What my clients are saying
“I cannot recommend Brittany Sall highly enough. She has a way to be the perfect balance between professional diligence and personal respect, as if she’s studied the book on real estate and has now become the updated limited edition. From the very start we had an advocate we could trust to listen to our family’s needs. When we hit natural disappointments, she optimistically persevered without deviating from our family’s goals in the slightest. Above and beyond is just her starting point. If you are fortunate enough to snag her, Brittany will be utterly sincere and earnest in her efforts on your behalf. Our family has been utterly transformed with Brittany representing us.” – Josh and Serena P.
“My family has used Brittany Sall for a total of three Real Estate transactions over the past 8 months and have been EXTREMELY SATISFIED with her overall skills and would continue using her. She is professional, trustworthy, organized, enthusiastic and always remained on track when it came to my needs. I highly recommend her to anyone that is considering the sale of their current home or the purchase of a new home.” – Clara D.
“My wife and I used Brittany as our realtor to purchase our first home. She was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Her knowledge about our local market, the neighborhoods, and the buying process made us feel confident with our decision. Her relationship with lenders in our area made the pre-qualification and loan application simple and straightforward. She closely managed the contract and deadlines and we were able to close within 30 days of our offer. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to use Brittany. We recommend her to all of our friends!” – John and Cori
