About Renee Salza
My husband Michael and I are originally from northern New Jersey, a very rural area with lakes, trees, rain, humidity and what we used to call mountains, the Adirondacks. We first came to Colorado to visit my sister and her family while Michael was on leave from the Navy. It was Easter time and I couldn’t believe almost getting stuck in the mountains on icy, snowy roads. It was beautiful, amazing, and even more than I’d imagined! During our second “visit” in 1978, we didn’t return to NJ; instead, we officially became Coloradoans.
We love this state and the people. We love the climate, the mountains, the activities, and the variety of things to do. Over the years we have had motorcycles and horses and dirt bikes and old Blazers. We have our most fun in the National Forest four wheeling, shooting, hiking and camping. We raised our kids to enjoy the outdoors and all it offers. And now, our six grandchildren also enjoy the family outings to the high country.
We have bought and sold, repaired and remodeled and built our homes from the dirt up over the years. We’ve had rental units and fix and flips. We’ve always been involved in some house project and embraced the many moves we’ve made. I guess you could say I’ve lived my life in real estate in one fashion or another.
So it was a natural fit for me to change careers from corporate customer service to full time Real Estate, which I did in 2001. Since then, I’ve managed all types of transactions and market conditions. I’ve helped first time home-buyers and experienced investors. In addition to helping folks buy or sell their primary homes, I’ve marketed acres of land, subdivisions and new home communities. I’ve navigated short sale transactions and foreclosure properties. I’ve had fun working with diverse clients with different personalities, backgrounds, needs, wants, stories and lives. It’s truly a blessing to be part of the most significant transaction that most of us ever make.
My heart is to help others and to serve them with a joyful spirit. My faith guides my activities, my words and my mind. That simply means that I strive to do what is right for my clients all the time. As my client, I do my best to educate and empower you so you achieve your desired results. I’m open and honest in my communications and appreciate the same from my clients and associates.
When working with and for you, it is always my goal to become your Realtor for life. I enjoy my clients and want to be their first thought and first call when they or those they care about have a simple real estate question, or a grand real estate quest. Let’s explore your options together!
