It was my love of outdoor sports that led me to earn a degree in Outdoor Recreation in the first place. I grew up in southern California enjoying the beach and a backyard pool. I skied every day throughout my high school years in Idaho and while attending the University of Montana, Missoula. I taught tennis professionally in Idaho, Utah, New York and Colorado. My two boys grew up in the ski town of Park City, Utah, where I was a “race Mom” and volunteer for the Junior Ski Racing organization.

I have been in sales (everything from computer software, to manikins, to outdoor clothing). I took a break from the outdoors to earn an MBA at the University of Utah. In 1993, I married John Baxter, a builder/developer in Boulder. I am an avid golfer and have had the good fortune to play competitive senior golf all over the state and U.S. John and I are grateful for the opportunity to live and work in the real estate profession, here in Colorado! Though new construction is only a part of my business, it’s a special treat to help people out, combining our two offerings of Realtor® and builder!

Meeting new people and making new friends is an added bonus that makes my job extra fun! Just as most grandparents today, my greatest joy are my seven grandchildren. Certainly a top priority is to make frequent, quick trips to visit them from Boulder to Los Angeles, to Bozeman, Montana. Meanwhile, living and working in Mariana Butte in west Loveland (with our two Portuguese Water Dogs, Bunker and Izzy) is a tough gig to beat!

I have been actively selling residential real estate in Northern Colorado for six years. Starting with an emphasis on new construction, I’ve had the good fortune to branch out in listing and selling resales to the vast array of people I meet at my Open Houses! (For three years, our personal residence served as our “model”). Sounds crazy, but it’s been a blast! A large part of my business has been working with “empty nesters” who are either relocating for retirement to Colorado or are simply downsizing here, locally.

What a joy to see people reward themselves, after years of working hard, providing for kids and launching them off on their own. Being a part of C3 Real Estate Solutions enhances my client services opportunity, making everybody happy!

I combine my MBA and Realtor® certifications to uniquely serve my clients. Buying and selling a home is a process. My job is to coach you through that process, helping you to reach your housing goals! I bring along my sense of humor and high energy. However, I am serious about what I do. I am honest. I am a stickler for timely communication. My number one consideration in a transaction is you and your real estate wants and needs.

Testimonials

“From start to finish, Nancy guided us through the process to sell our property. She went over and above our expectations in her marketing, service and communication. Our experience was great and the result was best case. Nancy is awesome and I highly recommend her and C3. Thank you!!” – Carol Barrow

“Nancy Baxter goes above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. Her thoroughness was instrumental in us purchasing this home. We live out of state and didn’t see the home until the final walk through on the day we closed. We would not have purchased this home if it weren’t for Nancy.” – Patrick and Donna

“Nancy did a great job.” – Robert
