Mary is a Colorado native, born in Colorado Springs, CO. She moved to northern Colorado in 1982. She grew up in Mead and graduated from Skyline high school in Longmont. She earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Colorado State University. While working on her degree, she worked part-time for a specialty chemical company that is known and respected worldwide for its research, development, and manufacturing of high- performance organometallics. Upon graduation she joined the company on a full-time basis. Over the course of the next 18 years, she held responsibly progressive and key management positions in Finance, Human Resources and served on the Corporate Board of Directors.
Mary’s interest in real estate peaked soon after she purchased her first home. Within a short time after closing on her first home, she went on to build and sell an additional three homes. She began investing in real estate in the early 2000s…
